Celebrating Village Life

Langham Village Sign Langham Street Fayre is a well known and popular event held in the village of Langham in North Norfolk every two years on the last Saturday in July.

The original Fayre held in 1974 was just a few roadside stalls but it has grown steadily over the years. Some pictures from that first fayre are available HERE. Today the main village street is closed to traffic for the day and lined with an exciting range of stalls, entertainments, refreshments, competitions, children's games and exhibits - in 2012 we are pleased to have already booked a Punch and Judy show, Pinxton Puppets and Professor Crump and additional children's games and competitions. A further variety of Craft Stalls will be located under cover in the Church and grounds.

Entry to the Fayre is only £1 for adults and free for children 14 and under and there is plenty of free parking.

The money raised by the Fayre and associated events is used to support the Parish Room (Village Hall), Church, Playing field, School and other local causes. Every pound raised helps to maintain our community.
